This beautiful ‘Gemini’ rocking chair was designed by Walter S. Chenery and manufactured by Lurashell in the United Kingdom around 1960.
This very comfortable lounge chair has a wonderful organic shaped design. It is upholstered in high-quality mint green fabric with a matching, comfortable cushion all held in a black fiberglass shell. The teak base is made with a wonderful eye for detail and provides a nice, smooth rock. The design is most likely inspired by the Gemini star sign, as there are some resemblances in the shapes.
