Circular Table and Chairs by Tom Robertson for McIntosh, Set of 4

Set of an extendable circular table and 4 chairs from the Scottish firm A.H. McIntosh & Co. , created by Tom Robertson. This set was designed in the 70s. The table ( model T21 ) is constructed with solid teak legs and teak veneered tabletop . It opens in the central part of the tabletop, revealing an additional butterfly-folded extension. The set is completed with four chairs in black vinyl that were conceived for this table . When folded under the table, the shape of the seat and the curvature of the backrest leave them perfectly integrated under the tabletop as can be seen in the photographs.
