Dating from Napoleon III’s time, these ebonsied chairs are very pretty and delicate, this example has the most wonderful shape to the back and the black paint has been worn down to the pear wood where people have repeatedly touched the back. Such pretty chairs, perfect for use in a bedroom Selling as a pair only.
