Early 19th Century Massachusetts Weight Driven Banjo Wall Clock

This listing is for a rare early Massachusetts banjo clock.

The clock is quite gorgeous with its wooden case, brass detailing, mahogany panel, and painted glass

The clock has an 8 day weight driven time only movement

This clock appears to be in overall good condition and has been well cared for.

The movement was last serviced in 2019. It ran and when recently tested.

Though this clock is in overall good shape, there are some signs of normal wear and age. A small price of trim is missing from the back of the bottom (not noticeable) and there’s a chip in the wood of the bottom of the middle panel. It too isn’t noticeable as it is hidden by the lower door
