Vintage Design
This beautiful vintage armchair was designed by Branko Uršič for Stol Kamnik, model 5707, and made in 1980s Yugoslavia. The frame is made out of smooth, very dark brown (almost black) wooden dowels. The seat and backrest are fully covered in cane net. The cane is still the original and has acquired a warmer colour with age. The producer’s sticker is still present on the bottom. Comfortable and visually striking, this is a perfect chair, whether you prefer a more modern or rustic home. DIMENSIONS Height max: 71.5 cm Width max: 57 cm Depth max: 54 cm Height of seat: 39 cm Width x depth of seat: 48 cm x 29 cm CONDITION Very good vintage condition, with small signs of age and use to the wood and cane – mainly some scuff marks, scratches, one deeper scratch on the front leg, a darker mark on the seat (see photos for examples).
