Maison Lecan presents this superb waxed conference table from the 1950s with ultra generous dimensions for large family tables. The table is assembled using lovely period cabinetmaking work. Its pine top has a very beautiful patina and its solid and elegant base receives a central reinforcement in the middle. The underside of the tray is reinforced by two crosspieces and side reinforcements in length and width. The base is in walnut. Relatively light considering its size, this high-end table of very good quality is difficult to find for sale in this condition. Its height under the headband is perfect, which makes it a very beautiful object, perfectly proportioned for everyday use. It will find its place in a beautiful house as well as in a hotel or guest house. The wood is perfectly healthy.
